7/9/2021 – Due to Sitka’s community risk level of high alert, the Sitka office is currently closed to the public. Staff members are available to serve the public via phone or other remote means. The loan closet remains available to the public. Please call the office at 888-500-7245 to discuss your needs and schedule a pick up. The Juneau, Haines and Ketchikan offices are open to the public as long as community risk levels remain at the lowest alert level. As community vaccination rates increase across Southeast each of our offices will be open to the public so long as the following criteria are satisfied:
- Community risk for the spread of COVID-19 remains at the lowest alert level.
- Visitors, regardless of vaccination status, agree to wear a mask.*
- Pre-arranged appointments are strongly encouraged.
*A limited number of face masks will be made available to those without one. Reasonable accommodations for those unable to wear a face mask will be provided. This may include curbside service, video/telephone assistance, or other contactless modes of delivering services.
Unfortunately, because of high rates of transmission, this means our Klawock office remains closed to the public. For more information on SAIL services and any additional COVID considerations in your community, contact a SAIL office nearest you.

At this time ORCA is offering weekly in-person activities in Juneau only, with limited transportation available. Online gatherings via Zoom along with weekly challenges will continue to be ongoing.
