SAIL serves people of all ages and disabilities including, but not limited to physical, cognitive, neurological and mental health disabilities through a wide variety of programs and services.
Consumer Rights Notification
Every consumer of SAIL has the right to appeal any decision that denies services. If you desire representation in addressing your concerns/dissatisfaction with SAIL, you have the right to contact the Client Assistance Program (CAP) for assistance.
