Peer Support
Peer support offers us the opportunity to share ideas and means of coping with our disabilities. Getting through the various stages of grief is important. Learning from others who have been through similar experiences and sharing our experiences with others gives us a chance to explore options, make informed choices, and achieve control over our own life.
