SAIL Job Coach (Sitka)

Come work for Southeast Alaska Independent Living (SAIL) as our Sitka Job Coach! Provide coaching and support to employees with disabilities on the jobsite, and off-site as needed. Help employees learn and perform the job duties, remain on task, and access appropriate accommodations. Support employees to function as a positive members of the workplace team and in interpersonal communication on the job. Provide feedback to the supervisor about the consumer’s strengths, weaknesses and progress on the job and provide suggestions for future employment success.  For a full job description, Click Here.

Prince of Wales Independent Living Coordinator

Are you interested in empowering Southeast residents to live independent, dignified lives no matter their age or disability? Do you want to work with a dedicated team who feels the same? Come join the SAIL team as our Prince of Wales Independent Living Advocate! This position will provide unbiased counseling on options for services and support to persons who experience disabilities, seniors, family members, and community agencies. Jesuit Volunteer NW Job Openings

SAIL will host three Jesuit Volunteer/AmeriCorps member positions for the 2024-2025 service year that begins in August 2024. Interested applicants must apply through the JV Northwest Application Process to be considered for a SAIL positions in our Juneau or Sitka offices.
